Services that are marked with asterisk are starting prices and are based on time and product used. If you are unsure about prices for a service, please consult with our professionals before your visit. This will ensure you have a completely relaxing experience.
All services are purchased a la carte, except where noted. All prices are subject to change.
Late Policy
Here at Posh, we respect the time of our clients as well as our staff. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Please see below for policies regarding cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the professionals at Posh Salon & Spa. Your time is reserved especially for you. Naturally, we understand that things come up and that occasionally an appointment may be difficult to keep. Therefore, we respectfully request that you notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving ample notice, our professionals miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, which cuts into their livelihood. Furthermore, clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services sooner.
Because services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply. . .
• We will waive the cancellation fee on the first “no show” or cancellation without 24 hours notice. BUT in order to schedule your next appointment, we will require a 50% deposit on reserved services.
• Upon the second “no show” or cancellation without 24 hours notice (and any occurrence thereafter). . . Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount (taken from deposit). “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount (50% taken from deposit, 50% billed or applied to next appointment).
• For appointments made for the same day, cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Not doing so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• If 3 consecutive “no shows” or cancellations (without ample notice) occur, we will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
Confirmation calls. . .
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments one business day before your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, or can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
When Posh must reschedule your appointment. . .
Occasionally, things come up for our professionals, too. Just as we ask our clients to give us the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment, we also try our best to extend the same courtesy to our clients. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment, we will make every effort to give you ample notice. However, if we are unable to give you more than 24 hours notice, we will happily work to make it right. Simply remind us upon checkout at your next appointment.
